What are the System Requirements?

The videos are designed for:
Screen resolution 1024*768
An internet connection at least 256 kbit/s (512 kbit/s is recommended)
Mozilla Firefox 2.0 or IE 6 or greater
The videos are viewed in a pop-up window (played in Flash Player 6 or greater)

How do I register?

You can only register if you subscribe for a Video Tutorial Subscription. Any user can subscribe for a eNewsletter without registering.

How do I pay for a subscription?

You can pay via credit card or via Paypal. Tutorpipe is co-operating with Paypal and its on Paypal´s website that the user selects if he/she wants to pay with credit card or via a Paypal account.

The Playback Toolbar is not shown when playing the video!

You are probably using a screen resolution of 1024*768 in combination with Internet Explorer 7. In the default setting for a browser window, the Address textbox (URL) can not be deleted for the pop-up window. This setting must be manually set in the browsers Internet Options settings:

Tools / Internet Options / Security Tab / Custom Level / Enable "Allow websites to open Windows without address or status bar"

The video does not play at all!

Does your computer fulfill the system requirements? If it does:

Make sure that your firewall does not block the video playback. To find out if the firewall causes the playback problem, disconnect it fully and try playing the video. If the same problem persists, contact Tutorpipe Support. If the video played with the firewall disconnected, adjust the firewall settings so that the videos play.

I have a new email address, what do I have to do?

The email address entered upon registration is the users username. The username can not be changed. This email will also serve, until changed, as the contact email between the user and Tutorpipe.

When a user recieves a new email address, the contact email must be chaned in the "View Account" section. Once changed the user will have one email address as the username and another as the contact email address.
